I have three games that have all got to a point where they are unable to load. When I try to open the game, it is stuck on “loading” and won’t launch. I don’t know how to quit these games either. Now that there are three active games that I can’t access, I can’t start any new games because I have the maximum amount of games active. I can’t play anymore.

Sorry that things are not running smoothly for you. One quick thing to try, if you have not already, is to flush your browser cache and reload.
If it still continues to fail, you should be able to quit from a game if you scroll to the bottom of the details page for the given game (before you enter the actual game itself). There will be a button near the bottom of the screen. You may have to scroll down.

Thanks for the reply. I will give these a shot. I should have mentioned as well that I am playing from a mobile browser. Not sure if this is a factor in this error at all. I’ve noticed that the games aren’t necessarily the most compatible is this sense but it still works. I’ll let you know how it goes!
So I tried those options to no avail. But I did find a solution. I changed which browser I was using. Photos flash browser is the way to go. Even though the game doesn’t require flash, enabling flash mode on photo browser allows the game to run smoothly
